Oshawa Snow and Wind Loads for Steel Buildings
Along the lake, wind matters most. The Ontario Building Code gives Oshawa a design wind pressure of 0.48 kPa, higher than Toronto’s 0.44, with a ground snow load of 1.4 kPa.

Building Permits in Oshawa, Made Simpler
